I feel so lucky have met Ray and to have gotten into his project early. From the first day we met him, he made us feel so confident in his process. I had grown disappointed in looking for homes because I'm particular with what I like, and by some stroke of luck we met Ray.

This was the absolute perfect situation. He has the resources and know-how to get things done, and the the design was open to customization. It was a dream opportunity.

For selecting design finishes, Ray works with a designer who puts everything together effortlessly. I can't really explain it, but if you meet Ray you'll understand the trusting persona he is and how he makes you feel confident in your decision to work with him.

The communication between us was absolutely fantastic! Everything was explained thoroughly. Bumps in the road were discussed and I feel we always came to a good resolution.  I am truly thankful for Ray letting me in early to view the house, working with my very specific requests, and for everything he did to help me throughout the process.
